Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Manufacturing defect (where applicable)
Electrical parts, airbags, engines, gearboxes, and customized or special-order items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse are not eligible for refund.
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Where applicable, we may offer replacement instead of refund, depending on product availability.
